At Zionchristianclothing, every garment is created with intention and purpose. Each piece is designed to carry and express the message of Christ, released into the world through what is made and worn.
Because of this mission-driven foundation, the brand operates a strict but fair returns policy that reflects both customer responsibility and the integrity of the company’s releases.
2. CHANGE OF MIND / SIZE / PERSONAL PREFERENCE
Zionchristianclothing does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
All product information, including sizing guides and descriptions, is provided to support informed purchasing decisions before checkout.
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and processed for fulfilment by the company.
3. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Zionchristianclothing is committed to maintaining quality and consistency across all products.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact the company at zionchristianclothing@gmail.com within a reasonable time of delivery, including order details and clear photographic evidence.

Where a refund is approved, Zionchristianclothing will issue it to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing times depend on the customer’s financial institution and are outside the company’s control once issued.
