SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Zionchristianclothing will always aim to fulfil orders as efficiently as possible.


2. SHIPPING METHOD

Zionchristianclothing ships all orders using Australia Post.

Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details is sent to the customer.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

  • Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days
  • Regional / Remote Areas: 3–12 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs processing)

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the company.


4. SHIPPING DELAYS

Zionchristianclothing is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs authorities, or external events outside of the company’s control.

This includes but is not limited to weather disruptions, peak periods, and carrier operational delays.


5. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been handed over to Australia Post, risk in the goods transfers to the carrier.

Zionchristianclothing is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they are in transit.

However, the brand will always provide reasonable assistance in supporting investigations or claims where possible.


6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Zionchristianclothing is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping costs may apply.


7. TRACKING

All orders include tracking where available.

Tracking details are provided via email once the order has been dispatched by the company.


8. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, the customer should contact Zionchristianclothing promptly.

The company will assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post where appropriate.
